Wireless Fire Alarm Systems

Are very quick and easy to install because, as the name implies, there is no need for any wiring. However, these are more expensive than other systems and there are also ongoing costs involved as batteries needing to be regularly checked and replaced as required. Wireless systems are great for businesses such as high-class restaurants or historic buildings where the aesthetics of the building are important. 

Conventional Fire Alarm Systems

Are less expensive than some other systems but can be more expensive to install because they require a lot of wiring. That also means they take longer to install. Unlike more sophisticated systems they cannot tell you the exact location of the fire, but they can be wired so that they divide the building into zones.

Addressable Fire Alarm System

For many commercial buildings, an Addressable Fire Alarm System may well be the answer. When a detector or call point is activated by a fire, the Contol Panel can identify exactly which device has been activated, and so it means that it saves time locating and dealing with the fire.
